The “Online Suggestion Box” is an opportunity for you to express a suggestion or an idea for consideration that you feel would be beneficial to the community of Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Please submit a separate form for each item.
Upon receipt at the Office of the Vice President for Finance and Management, one copy will be kept on file and another copy will be forwarded to the appropriate department(s) for consideration. While you are free to remain anonymous, please understand that if there are any questions relating to the subject or content of your message, we will be unable to seek clarification.
