Request to Modify a User's Status in a Blackboard Course

Please note: Enrollment is added automatically beginning two weeks prior to the start of each session. This form is for adding/changing the status of teaching assistants or when there isn't a corresponding class on my.mvnu.

Also note: Removal of a student from your Blackboard course will permanently delete that student's entries from the gradebook, any discussions, and the roster (used for email from Blackboard). If you utilize the gradebook, it is recommended for you to export it to save a copy of the gradebook before submitting this form.
